INTERVIEW
1. What are your strengths?
-I am good at being a team player. This includes being positive and doing the little things. I am a great people person which helps out a lot. I have learned throughout my life playing hockey what is needed to work and also be successful. I have always been a leader in anything I have been in and am very positive and vocal.
2. Where do you see yourself in five years?
-I see myself playing college hockey and pursuing a hockey career and a business career. I will definitely make sure I continue to play hockey because that is what I love, but I will make sure I get a good education and make money.
3. What can you offer us that someone else can not?
- I bring people closer together due to my positivity and how I work extremely hard. I have a one of a kind personality in how I bring people closer and how I work with people so well to make sure everything works. I have lots of pride which shows in my work
4. What motivates you?
-I want to make sure that no matter what I do not have any regrets and that I can support my family as well as my parents did for me. In my life, I like to make sure everything I do I do well. This comes back to how much pride I have with all people and projects I run in to.
5. Who do you look up to/who is your mentor?
- I look up to both my parents they both work extremely hard and that has really shown me I need to work hard to live a great life. They had some tough times during the my youth but have fought through it and given me a great life.
6. What gets you up in the morning?
-I try to make sure to get as much use out of everyday as I can. This is what I show that I want to give the people around me an even better life than I had growing up. This comes down to wanting people to having a good and successful life so they can do what they want.
7. What keeps you up at night?
-Nothing really I only get caught up on things if I know I could have done something better. I hate when people are upset with me and really try hard to keep myself in good terms with people. Guilt eats at me for forever until I fix it.
8. What would your previous boss/supervisor say your strongest point is?
-Positivity and work ethic due to how I work hard. I make sure anything I do is at full potential so that I do not fail people. He would also mention that I will do just about any job at any time.
9. Tell me about a time that you participated in a team, what was your role?
-I am currently participating with my hockey team. I am the captain of my hockey team. I have played on hockey and baseball teams my whole life. I have only gotten better and now have led my team to a chance at a national championship.
10. What kind of work do you enjoy the most?
-I enjoy working with people. I feel that it is very important to make people feel excited and ready to wok hard or get what they deserve.
